Registered Behavior Technician
We’re looking for candidates in the following areas: Roswell / Alpharetta / Cumming / Johns Creek / Atlanta / Dunwoody / Marietta
RBTs provide ABA therapy to clients on the autism spectrum, working off individualized treatment plans to improve communication and social skills, as well as reduce problem behaviors.
Typically, therapy is delivered in 2 – 3-hour sessions 3-5 times per week. After school hours from 3-6 pm are emphasized.
Therapy is delivered, at the center, at school, in your client’s home; in the community, and will occur in the presence of a parent or guardian.
- All new IBO team members begin by completing our paid training program that prepares you to become registered as a behavior technician with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data collection, implement measurement and recording procedures. Collect accurate skills and behavior data on all areas targeted for intervention, as specified by the supervising BCBA
- Motivation and commitment to become a Registered Behavior Technician within 45 days of employment via our innovative training program that prepares you to be a successful RBT.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Willingness to travel to and from clients’ homes within 45 minutes of your location.
- Working with clients may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Using the Catalyst data collection system, maintain accurate and up-to-date graphs of skills acquisition and behavior reduction targets.
- Implement a variety of teaching procedures (e. g., discrete trial, naturalistic teaching, etc.).
- Understand implement behavioral reduction interventions according to individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
- Responsible for effective communication with therapy team, caregivers, and case supervisor.
- Meet student and environmental needs as required (e. g., toileting, feeding, self-help skills, assisting with personal hygiene needs, and other duties as appropriate).
- Represent IBO to clients and colleagues, both professionally and ethically.
- Provide quality therapy to clients, under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 48 college credit hours preferred.
- First Aid / CPR Certification or willingness to achieve certification in a face-to-face course.
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance where applicable
- Bilingual a plus

Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA
Innovative Behavior Options is a leading provider of in-home, center based, and in-school ABA Therapy for clients on the Autism Spectrum.
We are seeking candidates to join the team as Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA
What sets IBO apart from other companies? We are a family owed business established in 2005 with both clinic and in home services being offered. Electronic records systems are used to reduce admin time and regular meetings with our Director of BCBA Clinical Support to encourage collaboration between clinical staff. BCBA mentorship is provided for newly certified BCBAs to help ease into the Case Supervisor role. We encourage a good work like balance to avoid burn out and Full time staff are awarded a generous amount of PTO and are encouraged to use during the year. IBO follows the CASP (The Council of Autism Service Providers) guidelines for ethical and reasonable caseloads with minimum billable hours to disseminate quality ABA to our clients and caregivers. IBO provides multiple parent training curriculums to help facilitate excellent parent training sessions which have been shown to decrease turnover and continuation of care.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Designs, implements, and monitors comprehensive behavioral assessment and behavioral treatment programs.
- Coordinates case management activities and train parents or other caregivers to implement treatment programs.
- Designs and implements comprehensive behavioral assessment and behavioral treatment programs in school, home, and other community settings.
- Provides consultative services to parents, teachers, and other clinical/educational personnel, trains staff as needed, and coordinates home and school communication.
- Conducts frequent supervision and training of clinical staff and trainees.
- Conducts self professionally, responsibly and ethically.
- Completes all paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
- Completes tasks related to the conduct of clinical services.
- Maintains good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Adheres to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts
- Travel may be required (no overnight; all within Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas)

Education and Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
